The company and family started taking care of its employees with benefits and relationships that has created third and fourth generation workers in the firm. Their original factory was destroyed in WWII but was rebuilt and the production restarted. Modernizations have been done to keep the factories up to date and the company has expanded to the US and they keep an eye on changes to make their ammo the best it can be for the intended uses.
