Shipment Tracking:
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This email will also provide a web address and instructions on how to use this tracking number to locate your package in transit. If you have any problems with this system, just contact us.

On Time Guaranty:
There are no guaranties. We will ship your order as fast as we possibly can. Most items are in stock, and will be shipped within 24 hours. If UPS or DHL is late getting it to you, call 1-800-PICK-UPS and give them the tracking number that we emailed to you. If you're still not happy, let us know and we'll be glad to contact them on your behalf.

If you order an item that is not in stock, don't worry. We will have the manufacturer expedite this item to us, or even directly to you. (That will depend on the supplier.) Either way, you will receive an email within 24 hours to let you know what is happening with your order.

Shipping problems are extremely rare, and although we don't guarantee our carrier's punctuality, we do guarantee that you will get your glasses. If glasses are lost or damaged in transit, we will promptly replace them at no charge. Therefore, it is important that you don't sign for anything as "received in good condition" without inspecting the package.

Prescription Orders:
If you ordered prescription glasses, it may not be worth the extra twenty-five bucks to expedite your order. It's going to take an extra few days for prescription orders to be completed. If you pay for the rush delivery, you might get your order in 6 days instead of 8 or 9 days.

To help get your order delivered as fast as possible, we may have our lab ship prescription orders directly to your address. This could make it more difficult for us to send you a tracking number, but you'll receive the glasses faster than if they were sent back to us and we shipped them to you.

International Shipments:
For orders shipped outside the USA or Canada, e-mail us at Rates@ADSEyewear.com with a complete delivery address, and we will reply with pricing information within 24 hours.

As you may have expected, ADS Sports Eyewear will not pay import duties, taxes, or border fees of any kind on international shipments. We will provide all the documentation required by your customs officials, but the receiver of each shipment is responsible for all customs clearance and border crossing fees. If you are not sure what fees or restrictions your government places on these products, please find out before placing an order.

Additional packaging is used to protect all international shipments, but we cannot provide any guarantees beyond US borders. ADS Sports Eyewear will not replace or exchange items lost or damaged on international shipments.
We do our best to accommodate everyone in an ever-changing world, and we hope you can appreciate our concerns. You are much more qualified than we are to determine the risks associated with shipping products into your country. If you're not willing to assume these risks, neither are we.
