Prescription Panoptx 7Eye Sunglasses are a preferred by many prescription motorcycle sunglasses wearers. But these Prescription Panoptx 7Eye glasses are used by many other prescription patients who need more protection from wind or the elements. Boaters, snow skiers, bicyclists and Blepharitis patients all benefit from the Panoptx 7Eye wind protection. (Blepharitis is a dry eye condition.)
We have sold prescription Panoptx eyewear for years. A few years ago Panoptx changed their name to 7Eye. The frames now have the name 7Eye on them, not Panoptx. But we have been wearing Panoptx sunglasses for years, and there are a lot of us old-timers still around that still consider these prescription Panoptx Sunglasses. Someday this page will have Prescription 7Eye Sunglasses written all over it. But we’re going to hold out as long as possible.
Special equipment is required to make these prescription motorcycle glasses on an 8-base frame. The lens thickness will all be on the back where it’s hidden, and we use an MEI edger to put a shelf bevel on this lens so the eye seal seats perfectly against the frame. We use the Shamir digital lens design to eliminate the fishbowl effect and provide the largest, sharpest field of vision. Our lenses are the best possible quality, and our prices are guaranteed to be well below similar quality eyewear.
